Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-09

These terms govern your use of Wapee, an appointment booking service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Wapee lets a business manage appointments, staff, clients, a public booking page and a website. Features depend on the plan a business has.

2. Accounts

3. Your data and your clients

You keep ownership of the data you put into Wapee. You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect your clients' data, for telling them how you use it, and for any legal duty to keep records (for example invoices). See the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

5. Plans, trial and payment

New businesses start with a free trial. Plans and add-ons, and their prices, are shown in the app. Renewal, cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Online card payments between a business and its clients are not part of the service.

6. Messages

The service sends booking emails on behalf of a business. You are responsible for the messages you choose to send to your clients.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or remove features, with notice where reasonable.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Wapee is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. (Final wording to be set by a lawyer.)

9. Ending

You can stop using Wapee at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. On deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

To be set before launch.
