Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets 14 days free with all features and add-ons switched on, so you can try everything before you choose a plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You only need an email address to start your trial.
How do I cancel?
To cancel, email us at support@wapee.online. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our refund policy for details.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. You pay a flat subscription. We never take a cut of what your customers pay you.
Do my customers need an account to book?
No. They choose a service and a time, leave their name and contact details, and get a link to cancel or reschedule.
Which countries and currencies do you support?
You can use it anywhere. Each location has its own currency, time zone and tax settings, so your prices and invoices match where you work. Our subscription prices are in USD.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Just ask us at support@wapee.online and we will move you to another plan. If you move to a smaller plan, you first need to be within its staff and location limits.
